What Can I Expect?

CranialSacral Therapy is performed on a massage table, or a mat on the the floor.  The client is dressed in loose fitting comfortable clothing. There is no oil used.

Massage Therapy is performed on a massage table and uses oil, lotion and/or cream to manipulate the soft tissues of the body. Stretching and other exercises can be incorporated. Client is nude or in underpants underneath a sheet or towel and is always covered appropriately. Sometimes the stretching or exercises are taught while the client is clothed.

In Office: When you visit my office, we begin and end on time.

Out Call: I will arrive at the agreed time. Please allow at least an additional 30 minutes for set up and break down. It is an inexact science so if there is a question, allow for more, rather than less time. You will have your full treatment time no matter how long set up takes.

Other things to know:

• At your first appointment there will be a brief intake form to fill and discuss before we begin your treatment. (Soon I will have the form here so you may fill it out before your appointment.)
• There is a fee of 50% of the treatment to cancel within 24 hours.
• If you are sick, and contagious, please reschedule with no penalty.
• If you have any questions, please ask. I will answer them to the best of my ability.
