It is my passion and delight to use this special work to increase the well being of those who come to me for bodywork and to share the work with those whom I have opportunity to teach and as a teaching assistant to Hugh Milne.

Elizabeth Harris has been practicing and studying craniosacral work with the Milne Institute, Inc since 2001. She became a Reiki Master in 2002, and a nationally certified (NCBTMB) massage therapist in New Mexico in 2004. She is a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP) organization.

In addition to her private practice, Elizabeth has been lead therapist at the following Santa Fe spas: Ten Thousand Waves,  Encantado (an Auberge Resort), Rancho Encantado (The Four Seasons Resort), and Santa Fe Massage. She proudly served the public as a member of the the New Mexico Massage Therapy Board 2009-2019.

She constantly seeks to increase her knowledge and refine her skills by taking classes, by reading and researching the questions and needs of her clients, and of course, by her own practice. Special areas of interest are the brain and its functions and the nervous system and its function.

Elizabeth has always had a fascination with the human form, and brings a unique lyricism to all her work. She studied modern dance and theatre arts at the University of Iowa and worked in all aspects of the performing arts both on and backstage. She spent 14 years in Los Angeles, CA as a costume designer and costumer for film, television, commercials, and theater. In 2004, Elizabeth moved to Santa Fe, NM where her family has deep roots.
