I think it’s very important to consider that when one aspect of the system is functioning at less than it’s full potential, the entire system is less than it could be. Therefore to rebalance even one thing is to move toward and possibly find equilibrium for the whole.

Keeping in mind there is no magical cure, craniosacral therapy is a gentle and effective treatment which can help balance various systems of the body. In addition to tangible problems such as:
TMJ dysfunction
Back pain
Headaches
Gait problems
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Work is a soothing, noninvasive, hands-on therapy.
In the 1930s the American osteopath and visionary, William Garner Sutherland introduced Craniosacral Work. It primarily focuses on the bones of the head, vertebra, sacrum, coccyx and ribs. It helps normalize the brain, the central nervous system, the cerebrospinal fluid, and the system of membranes inside the cranium and spinal column.
Craniosacral Work works to optimize the position, fluid movement ('wave') and energy (piezolelectric charge and chi) of the craniosacral system, and on bringing the system back to balance in the central line of the body, called 'midline.' There are differing wave states, tides, and the arrival of stillness. The desire is to create more options and resources for the client.
